RENUVION, A spiral lift is when skin is removed from the upper thighs but the scars are hidden inside the groin crease and buttock roll. At the same time liposuction is performed with internal heating to give the legs a better shape and tighter look. My patient went out of the country and suffered a botched liposuction that caused drooping of her buttocks and skin on her legs. This was done by aggressive liposuction without the use of internal heating for skin tightening.
