Penile Filler Before and After Photos

My patient is 50 years old and came to me wanting his penis to be thicker. He has a very retracted penis, and wanted some girth that would help to make the penis look longer when filled. We started the building process and did on his initial treatment HA filler only that gave him a substantial improvement. After one year he came back wanting more, so we switched to a more permanent option of using HA filler + PMMA (bellafill) to give him increased thickness and more sustained results. He said is very happy with the increased thickness of his penis and has noticed better sexual fulfillment during masturbation and sex as well as increased length . His penis is less retracted or “turtle like” and more noticeable to him and others. In the second session filler was placed on the base of the penis as well as under the penis to give it a more 360 degree improvement.
